We loved staying in this hotel for its convenient and accessible location. It's just a stone's throw away from the airport, Rera Duty Free Shopping Outlet, and Chitose train station. Also, the hotel provided free shuttle service to the airport which we found very helpful. The room was well-maintained, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory. The staff was friendly and accommodating which made our stay even better.

Stayed here for new years and had a great experience! The hotel provides a free shuttle to a nearby outlet mall and to the airport, which is really convenient. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even with limited English. The rooms are small but clean and include all necessities. Plus, the hotel is located near several restaurants and shops, making it easy to find things to do.
The breakfast wasn't the best, with limited options and some items not tasting very fresh. the location is a bit further from the airport than expected, requiring a short taxi or tram ride to get there, but it's not too far and doesn't take too long.

Staying at this hotel was a great decision for my early morning flight. The location is very convenient, being just across the station and two stops away from the airport terminal station. I didn't even have to leave the airport! The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was very friendly. To top it off, the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
